is an eCommerce store; ALL orders must be placed online.
Shipping Policy:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be
processed until the following business day. No orders will be processed
on Saturday, Sunday, and standard US Holidays. Our normal business hours
are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. We only ship inside the continental
USA.
Merchandise Return Policies: All parts sales processed through this
website are considered final. Damaged goods due to shipping will be replaced by
dentalequipmentparts.com with the exact replacement item or items as originally
shipped (no credits). Damaged goods due to shipping cannot be returned to the manufacturer of the merchandise but only to
dentalequipmentparts.com. We must be notified by voice or email within 30 days of date of purchase
concerning damaged goods. After this time, no replacements will be
issued. All other merchandise returns
(excluding damaged goods) are subject to a 25% restocking fee should the
purchaser insist on returning it. Shipping and Handling fees are NOT
refunded
(excluding damaged goods). We must be notified by voice or email within 30 days of date of purchase
concerning a return. After this time, no returns will be
processed. Any merchandise or parts that have been opened,
installed, or used are NOT returnable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges
(excluding damaged goods items) incurred by the purchaser. Should the
return merchandise not be properly packaged for shipping by the purchaser, no
credit will be issued. It is the purchasers responsibility to contact
dentalequipmentparts.com and obtain a RA (Return Authorization)
number before returning an item. Any returns sent without first
obtaining an RA shall receive no credit. By submitting your information through this website, you hereby agree to

Defective Goods Policy:

event that merchandised purchased from this site is deemed defective by
the user. After this time, no replacements will be
issued. Defective items will be replaced by

shipped (no credits). Please see return policy. An RA number will be issued for the item or items deemed
defective along with a pre-paid UPS return label. We will inspect the merchandise (to verify the defect) and process

Repair & Troubleshooting Policy:
Always be exactly sure of what you need to repair your equipment before
ordering. Do not order replacement parts from dentalequipmentparts.com
if you are attempting to troubleshoot or repair something but you are not
really sure if what you are ordering will fix the problem or not. When
in doubt, consult an experienced equipment technician. We will not
except returns on parts that have been ordered and installed under these
circumstances.
Merchandise Stock Policy: Because sales volumes can’t be predicted,

in stock guarantee of every single item listed on this website. In some instances
dentalequipmentparts.com will drop ship from the manufacturer to the customer the items being ordered. However,
dentalequipmentparts.com will normally stock at least one (or more) of most items listed. Nevertheless, everything listed herein is subject to availability.
Electronic Related Merchandise Policy: As is the case with most dental equipment manufacturers,
dentalequipmentparts.com maintains the following policy concerning electronic related merchandise purchased through
this website: Under no circumstances will returns be accepted on electronic related merchandise parts that have been opened and or installed by the purchaser or anyone working for the purchaser.
Core Return Policy: Any applicable cores must be shipped to
dentalequipmentparts.com within 30 days of having received the new product. In most cases, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be sent to the customer along with the
new item that was purchased. This return label CAN NOT be used for original merchandise return.
The return label CAN NOT be sent outside the US or used to ship core returns
from any location other than that which is printed on the return label.
The return label must only be used for the applicable core return. The core return should be placed in the same box that the replacement item arrived in with the return label affixed to it. From this point, it's simply a matter of handing the box to any UPS representative. Failure to return applicable cores within 30 days will result in core charge being applied to original form of credit card payment. With certain core returns (heavy items), additional freight may apply. It is the purchasers responsibility to advise us at the time of purchase if they DO NOT have a returnable core.
